01Who we are

Naked Finance Group Ltd (company number 15382439, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at admin@nakedfinance.co.uk.

02What we collect and why

We collect only what we need for the purpose you came to us for.

We use a small number of providers to run the site and communicate with you. They process data on our behalf, under contract, and do not use it for their own purposes.

Vercel: hosting and server logs.
Resend: transactional email and the mailing list.
Calendly: booking a discovery call on the contact page.
Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity): usage analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Professional advisers (for example accountants, insurers or lawyers) where we are required to, or where it is necessary to protect our legal position.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

04International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards: a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

05Cookies and local storage

The site uses one piece of strictly necessary browser storage: your cookie choice. It is not used to track you.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. No analytics cookies are set until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The Calendly booking widget on the contact page may set its own cookies when it loads.

Every cookie and storage item, its provider, purpose and duration is listed on the cookies page.

06Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Have inaccurate data corrected.
Have your data erased, where there is no good reason for us to keep it.
Restrict how we use your data while a query is resolved.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
Receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.
Not be subject to automated decision-making. We do not make automated decisions about you.

To exercise any of these, email admin@nakedfinance.co.uk. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.

07Security

Your data is held with reputable providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it to do the work described here.

08Children

This site is aimed at businesses and the people who run them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

09Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the business and its data practices evolve; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes that affect the mailing list will be notified by email.
