You may browse the site and use the free tools for your own business purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the tools or content, attempt to interfere with the site or its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

• The Runway Intelligence Engine, Probability Forecaster, Model Health Check and Forecast Accuracy Scorecard are illustrative tools provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind.
• Their outputs depend entirely on the inputs you provide and on simplified assumptions. They are not a forecast, valuation, audit or opinion, and they are not financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice.
• Using a tool does not create a client relationship. Do not rely on a tool for any decision without independent professional advice.
• Calculations run in your browser. We do not see or store your inputs unless you ask us to email you a report or workbook.
• The Model Health Check score is a self-assessment based on your own answers. It is not a review, certification or endorsement of your model by Naked Finance or by ICAEW.

Everything published here, including articles, training resources and downloadable workbooks, is general information. It is not advice and does not take account of your circumstances. No client relationship arises from reading it or from contacting us. Client work is governed by a separate written engagement letter setting out scope, fees, liability and data-processing terms.

The site and the free tools are provided without charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, its content or the free tools, and our total liability arising from that use is limited to nil.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
